MexiQ, located on 30th ave and 39th street in Astoria, Queens, combines mexican cuisine with finger-lickin’ good BBQ. Grab a fresh beer from their 48 taps which line the back bar or settle down outdoors for some guacamole. MexiQ has a little bit of everything, but our favorite reason to visit is the brunch! They boast about their unlimited brunch drink special, but it’s their eggs benedict that makes MexiQ a go-to brunch hotspot. We heard people raving about their unique twist on eggs benedict so we knew we had to try it for ourselves.
Your choice of smoked salmon, BBQ brisket, or a roasted vegetable mix (we went with Salmon) over poached eggs, jalapeno goat cheese corn bread, chipotle hollandaise sauce, with home fries on the side.
